Asher’s Milk Chocolate Jumbo Marshmallow is the perfect classic confection for your tastebuds! Fluffy jumbo marshmallows enrobed in an extra thick coating of Milk Chocolate is sure to make your mouth water!

To create our luscious ‘mallows, we use a starch mogul to deposit a liquid center into a square-shaped cavity. From here, the marshmallow gets conditioned for a couple days. This time allows for the marsh to “set up”, forming its’ signature texture. As well, the cornstarch to pulls any unwanted moisture from out of the ‘mallow. The result: a scrumptiously fluffy Marshmallow.

The art of making marshmallow dates back to the Ancient Egyptians, who discovered it around 2000 B.C.E.. Since then, civilizations from across the world have taken to making the fluffy confection. The modernization of the starch-mogul process in the early 19th century allowed for the mass-production and consumption of the treat world-side.
