Asher’s is dedicated to our candy craftsmanship. As such, all of our almond bark is still made (and packed!) all by hand. By using a mould, we are able to achieve the shape of the piece. From here, one of our dedicated staff members scoops a hefty portion of almonds into the mould. Then, they pump Asher’s  smooth and rich chocolate over it, spreading the chocolate and nuts around to ensure evenness. They then place the mould on a vibration table, to guarantee a flat bottom. After that, the bark is ready to make its’ way through the cooling tunnel. Once set and cooled, our milk chocolate almond bark is lovingly hand packed into boxes for your enjoyment.
