A Summer favorite of Ashers’: Coconut Clouds.

We start with our signature vanilla caramel-marshmallow coated in dark chocolate. After the chocolate sets, we lather the whole piece in a coating of white chocolate before hand-rolling it in a bed of coconut. These unique candies require a lot of hard-work, but the payoff is well worth it. A symphony of flavor and texture, this piece is simultaneously toasted, melty, crunchy and chewy. So good it will feel as though you’re drifting away on coconut clouds!
