What sets our Fudge apart is our unwavering dedication to quality. We still use a hot-pour method to craft our fudge!

To create hot-pour fudge,  we heat our high-quality ingredients to a specific temperature to ensure proper consistency. Once the desired temperature is reached, the molten fudge is poured into molds or containers, allowing it to cool and solidify. After the fudge cools, we then hand-cut and package it into FreshPacks to ensure as long a shelf-life as possible.

Hot-pouring fudge results in a smoother texture, since there is no need for excessive beating or stirring during the cooling process. This results in our fudge becoming exceptionally creamy and melts in your mouth.
