- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 oz. baking chocolate, chocolate chips or chocolate bars
Preparing and Cooking the Kale
To start, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Use parchment paper or tin foil to line a cookie sheet. Prepare the kale by washing it and drying it with paper towels or a salad spinner. Cut off the stems of the kale and cut or tear the leaves into small chip-size pieces.
